Job Title: LVN – Clinical (Night Shift)
Location: Azusa, CA
Pay: $35.50/hr + daily OT (12-hour shifts include 4 hours OT at $53.25/hr)
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 7 shifts per 2-week period (alternating weekends)
Key Responsibilities for LVN:
- Review clinical information (labs, scans, medical records) and communicate updates
- Ensure timely, accurate documentation and reporting for active cases
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support time-sensitive workflows
Requirements for LVN:
- Active LVN license
- 2+ years’ of experience is required
- Hospital experience is required
